Club volleyball is a key part of the volleyball calendar in New Zealand, traditionally culminating in participation in the VNZ Club Champs in October.​

For teams in the Manawatū, qualification for club champs happens through the Central Zone tournament series from July through September.

​

In 2025, MVC is intending to support a mens (Rangers) and womens (Scouts) volleyball team to qualify through the Central Zone process, to play Division 1 volleyball at club championships.

​

The Rangers and Scouts teams will be an important stage in the progression of our young and aspiring players, as well as the place for senior players to participate in high performance volleyball.
